The limited number of spots will be assigned on a first come first served basis.

Costs (incl. accommodation and meals)

• in a single room: 481,47 € total

• sharing a double room: 428,97 € per person

Payment in advance to the hotel.

Abstract submission:

Your abstract should be at least  200 words and one page maximum. Images are accepted within the one-page limit. Please use the provided LaTeX template. Contact us if you experience any issues or need help. Accepted abstracts will be published as a book of abstracts and printed for the workshop.

The presentations will be 20 min long, followed by a 10 min open discussion. We hope that this will favor an intense exchange.

You can submit your abstract after logging into the system. You will be able to choose whether you prefer a poster or an oral presentation but the organizers will make the final decision depending on the available slots. As "abstract" file, please upload your compiled PDF. As "Supplementary data" please submit your LaTeX sources as a single ZIP file (mandatory!). You will receive a confirmation email upon submission.
